Complaint from Mary J Cutts Fairview Heights, IL11 months agoIn March I went Sandi's for BBQ. I had been here several times but this time the ribs were tough and overcook. Hard to chew, very disappointing. I order half slab of ribs, pork steak, polish sausage and chicken leg quarter. No leg quarter and the ribs was horrible. I could eat the so I wasted money. He wasn't friendly seem to be overwhelmed but not customer service wasn't there. I can't go back
